Creating a Custom Tab

A useful feature of Image-Pro is the ability to create a Custom tab on the ribbon. It can contain any of the features you use most frequently, saved in one place. By default, the Custom tab appears on the far right of the ribbon, but you can control its placement in the application Options.

The first time you open it, the Custom tab’s ribbon will be empty.

You can add any group or tool to it, as described here:

Decide which tools or group you want to add to the Custom tab.

Right-click the mouse button on the title bar of the group. A pop-up menu is displayed.

Choose Add to Custom Tab.

The selected group now appears in the Custom tab’s ribbon:

To remove an item from the Custom tab, right-click on the title bar of the item as it appears on the Custom tab, and select Remove from Custom Tab:
